What Fast Feet
Fierce Minds Is

Fast Feet Fierce Minds (FFFM) is a faith-integrated, psychology-backed personal development brand for young athletes. We combine physical training, identity work, and purpose-driven mindset coaching to help kids discover who they are — on and off the field.

We teach kids that every person has a purpose and is meant to do something great in this world — even if they don't know what it is yet. You are not your accomplishments. You are not your losses.

You are a person being developed into who you were created to be.

Your dream is not the destination. Your dream is developing you into the person you were created to be. At each stage there will be testing, hurting, and hard feelings — these things are not punishments. They are the process.

The Foundation

5 Pillars We Build On

01
Identity

You are not your stats, your wins, your scholarship, or your losses. There is a you underneath all of it that never changes.

02
Purpose

Every kid is here for a reason. You may not see it yet — but the dream chasing is what develops the person you were created to be.

03
Resilience

Brokenness is part of the process. You don't have to stay broken. The bounce-back is where healing happens.

04
Movement

Health and athleticism are a lifestyle — not just a sport. Movement is where we learn our capacity, our limits, and how to push through both.

05
Faith + Science

Biblical truth, psychology, and neuroscience all point to the same thing: who you believe you are shapes everything you do.

The origin story. The recruit. The door closing. The detour. The pit. The comeback.

  • 5

    The Anchor — 7 min

Three power phrases. Call and response. Circle up. Count down. FAST FEET. FIERCE MINDS. Break.

  • 6

    The Send-Off — 3 min

Resilience Trigger
One

The Framework

Faith · Science · Psychology

Biblical Truth

Identity in Christ, created with purpose, brokenness and redemption. The foundation that anchors who you are regardless of what happens to you.

Psychology & Mindset

Identity theory, mindset development, resilience science. Translating the teachings of Ed Mylett, Tony Robbins, and Jim Rohn into language young athletes and their families can use.

Neuroscience & Movement

Physical movement primes the brain for emotional learning and lasting change. The body and mind work together — that's why every session starts with movement.
